SAIL – LEADING INTO THE FUTURE WITH MEANINGFUL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES AND PURPOSEFUL BRAND CONNECTIONS
“An experience.” Cambridge Dictionary defines the countable noun “experience” as “…the way that something happens and how it makes you feel.”
We are moving forward from what can only be referred to as, to be very frank, a sewage plant disguised as a single perfectly twirled-up turd. A season that made many re-evaluate how significant an experience truly is.
Experience is the one word that, if preceded by a power word, triggers a psychological or emotional response that expresses overwhelming joy, love, passion, excitement, belonging, success, and the list goes on.
According to Dr. John Delony, a mental health expert, human connection is NOT perfect and comfortable, not digital, not an exchange of information, not one-sided, does not take place in an echo chamber, and is not proximity. It IS however something that can be cultivated and practiced, it is risky, sharing the gift of presence and it is active.
If the past two years have taught us one thing it is not to take anything or anyone for granted. How much do we all long for social interaction and networking, live shows, the anticipation and excitement of promotions and give-aways at an event, team spirit, and the opportunity to make an impression?
Many of these moments and memories are of experiences at sports stadia, festivals, music concerts, corporate events, exhibitions, and other large formal/informal gatherings with friends, family, clients, work colleagues, even complete strangers sharing a common interest.
We recently had a 2-day company strategy session to ensure, the alignment of our strategic goals with customer and shareholder expectations. Discussing and questioning key industry thoughts to remain relevant and prosper in a post covid corporate, lifestyle and sports market.
Formalizing our vision on the back of memorable customer experiences and generating multiple feedback loops during the client journey and how it will impact not only our partner clients but also their clients/consumers.
Both creativity and innovation will be considered in determining decisions on technology solutions, ensuring their measurability, and offering real value to our clients and their consumers.
We are excited to build further on our legacy. A legacy of providing platforms for your consumers to have meaningful experiences based on purposeful connections with your brand.
We will remain relevant and become futureproof through innovative, stakeholder centric and sales focussed approaches culminating in becoming our client’s “solutionist”
