Briefing: In order to ensure your proposal is complete as soon as possible and to satisfaction, please submit this form and if required, set up time to verbally discuss your requirement with the Merchandise Department as soon as you’ve received an event brief or merchandise request, an approximate turnaround time can then be determined.

Sample turn-around times: 1 – 2 working days (please note samples need to be returned within 5 days in original packing)
Unbranded Orders: 1 – 2 working days
Branded Orders: 3 – 10 working days (dependent on capacity at the given time – day 1 is counted from the next day after artwork has been approved)
